All Aces Games has completed a full acquisition of Rogue Harbour (Canada), fully integrating the company into the All Aces Games group. The transaction represents a continued execution of the company’s M&A-driven strategy in the idle and simulation gaming space, with a focus on acquiring both proven game portfolios and full development capabilities.
Strengthening Development Capabilities
As part of the acquisition, All Aces Games has taken full ownership of Airport Billionaire and Disaster Town Tycoon, both established simulation titles with proven engagement and monetization performance. The combined organization is also jointly developing Potions & Spells: Idle Witches, which is currently being prepared for a global launch.
The integration establishes All Aces Games Canada as a fully embedded part of the group, strengthening cross-regional execution capacity across development, live operations, and publishing. This further reinforces a portfolio-led consolidation approach, where acquisitions are designed to scale both products and teams within a unified operating model.
Building a Scalable Gaming Group
The addition of Rogue Harbour significantly expands the company’s creative and production capabilities while also deepening its presence in the North American market. By bringing together complementary expertise, All Aces Games aims to accelerate content development, improve operational efficiency, and create stronger foundations for future portfolio growth.
“This is a full acquisition and full integration. We are not building a loose network of partnerships - we are consolidating a group with shared ownership, shared execution standards, and a unified portfolio strategy.”
- Krzysztof Kusak, Managing Director, All Aces Games
“Our M&A approach is straightforward: we acquire what we believe can be scaled, both on the product and organizational level. Rogue Harbour fits directly into that framework and significantly expands our operational depth.”
- Paweł Pochowski, Head of Business Development, All Aces Games
