  1. How we use this information

We use the categories above for the business and commercial purposes described in our Privacy Policy: operating the game, processing purchases, customer support, security, analytics, advertising and legal compliance.

  1. Sources

•   directly from you (when you sign up, play, contact support or make a purchase);

•   automatically from your device (technical and gameplay data);

•   from the platform operator (Apple or Google) for billing and login;

•   from our analytics and advertising SDKs;

•   from third parties that help us measure marketing performance (e.g., AppsFlyer).

  1. Sharing and 'sale' under CCPA

We don't sell personal information for money. However, when our games show personalised ads, identifiers and ad-event data are shared with our advertising partners. Under California law, that activity can count as a 'sale' or a 'share' for cross-context behavioural advertising. We therefore treat it as a sale/share and offer you a way to opt out.

  1. Authorised agents

You can authorise someone else to make a request for you. We will ask for written proof of authorisation and, in most cases, verify your identity directly with you.

  1. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honour the Global Privacy Control signal on our website. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale/share for that browser. On mobile, you can opt out in the game's Settings → Privacy menu, by turning off App Tracking Transparency on iOS, or by resetting / opting out of personalised ads on Android.
